Through memoir writing, I have emerged out of the past, merging into the present moment. I feel so grounded with the Self, leading my life forward to the future.

We have memory boxes in our minds like albums. We keep our difficult memories in those boxes. We can freeze them in time and/or pack them with overflooding emotions.
Life is a journey of self-searching hunt. It is like a video game to find “The Treasures” in one of many, many rooms.
Living in the world of sufferings, writing a memoir had countless and immeasurable virtue. Not only the authors like me attain the light, but also readers experience every moment of finding truths, sharing the light with them.
Since the day I left Japan, life has taken me on a journey of discoveries.
Life presents us with something precious but moves forward at every moment. Second by second, whether or not we know it, our possible experiences flow away.
Despite all the difficulties we have shared, I am still very grateful for what I’ve learned this year. I’ve learned something from my struggles.
