truths

my truths

Driven to know
the answers

Hunger and thirst
determine
my direction
to what is unknown

i am not afraid

courage to commence
tenacity to continue

accepting
throbbing
pains and tears

resilience
built inside
to severity
of what is true

with kindness
and forgiveness

Surrender

is to accept
what’s revealed

but embrace
what would forever
remain unknown
in this realm
